ALOQA is a spin-off from Munich's Ludwig-Maximilian University that was founded in May 2007.

We market a platform for Location-Based Services (LBS), which supports a wide range of innovative services, including location-based push and community services.

ALOQA also has extensive internationally-acknowledged know-how in the fields of mobile communication, mobile services, positioning and LBSs.

In July 2007, the expert commission of the Bavarian Ministry of Science, Research and Art's FLÜGGE programme selected ALOQA GmbH for state funding as an innovative start-up company originating from a Bavarian university.
