Aloqa SDK for Mobile

If you are building or have an existing mobile app, we think you would benefit from embedding location services into the user experience. For example, if you are building a mobile community, your users might benefit from receiving notifications of their friends when they are close. Or if you are a local search app, perhaps you want to make specific content available to your users in real time (e.g. great restaurants to eat at close to them, or sales in the vicinity).

Aloqa SDK for Mobile is a managed service (or to do it yourself, a a set of libraries) that gives you 5 capabilities:

1. Track multiple users (literally millions if you need to) in real time without invading their privacy
2. Match services to users - give them what they want based on where they are e.g. "let me know of all the highly rated restaurants near me at all times"
3. Proactive notification capability to let users know of an interesting event depending on your application logic e.g. notifications about friends being close
4. A reference client ported to multiple devices that can be adapted into your client as well as a push channel on our Aloqa for Mobile client if needed
5. Add ons such as chat, address book / social network integration, maps integration, and others as built by Aloqa
